The pics on the left are my before shots and the pics on the right are my pics after only 6 weeks. If you think you can't change your body and your life then you can't. If you think you can change your body and your life, then you CAN! But you have to get off the damn couch and stop making excuses. The only person who can change you is you. My two biggest excuses were time and space. I would say even if I had 30 minutes my house is so small that I didn't have a good space to work out. First of all I just get up 30 minutes earlier which is easy and now I look forward to the workouts because I know what it is doing to my body. If I don't have time in the morning because I have something else to do, I just workout after work. As far as space, I just watch the dvds on my laptop so I can do the workouts anywhere in my house or if I am travelling I can do the workouts on my laptop anywhere. I also make sure I take healthy snacks with me every where I go. Simply eat mostly "keep it real foods" (which you can google if you don't have the nutrition guide) and make sure you eat 3 healthy meals and two healthy snacks every day. If you have a lot of weight to lose you probably need to eat mostly protein. Just follow the meal suggestions in the nutrition guide and if you don't like those meals just tweak the ingredients so it is something you will love! GET OFF THE COUCH, MAKE THE CHOICE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE, FOCUS ON SUCCESS AND YOU WILL SUCCEED! Now failure is not an option I give myself!
Now get off the couch and go do something to make yourself better today than you were yesterday:)
