4.9.14 Day 52: Speed 2.0

I did this workout last night after work and making dinner so I didn't have time to post.  Making sure I get time to work out is my priority!  I loved this work out because it is the first time I have actually been able to feel my lower abs in years and it was the most incredible feeling. My hard work is paying off but I still have a long way to go in my journey.  The hardest part for me right now is that I can feel and see results everywhere but my belly which was so big before I started #FocusT25 that I am getting a little frustrated that it is going down as quickly as I would like.  But I have stayed focused in all of my workouts and I know that it will happen.  I have only been doing this for 7 weeks and this program and/or any other thing that you do to lose weight takes time.  The most important thing I have to keep telling myself is not to give up.  Giving up is not one of the options that I am giving myself and since that is not an option it is not a choice that I can make.  In order to make better choices you have to give yourself better options.  Before I started I took a video of myself, which is below, so that I could remind myself what I felt like before I started this journey because I don't EVER want to feel like I felt back then ever again!  That video is my motivation for and to myself.  If you have the capabilities I highly recommend that you take a video of yourself and if you ever feel yourself wanting to give up just watch the video.  Turn any discouragement you are feeling into determination!  Don't give up on yourself or your goal.  Listen to #ShaunT, stay focused, stay committed, and you WILL get results!  Peace out!
