It's 6:00 am & I am done with my workout. I don't get up every day and workout before work but I try. And if I don't workout before work I get it done when I get home! But this morning I feel great after doing extreme circuit for the first time. If you don't know Shaun T you don't know what you're missing!!! What motivates you to get up and work out in the morning? I will tell you what motivates me... it's my new body and how great I feel and I can't wait to get up out of bed every day so I can feel this great again! Do something to make yourself feel good today!
