Day 47: Speed 2.0 and Day 48: Ript Circuit
Man am I sore! I did Speed 2.0 yesterday and Ript Circuit this morning before work. I am sore but it feels awesome! Being able to wear jeans comfortably that I could not even hardly get on 7 weeks ago also feels awesome! As the days and weeks pass I can really feel a huge difference with my body and I am so excited to see where Beta takes my body. I am considering ordering Gamma so I have it when I am done with Beta but I think I may need to stay with Beta a few extra weeks to nail the workouts. This morning (today is Saturday) I totally did not want to get out of bed when I first woke up but then I just started thinking about how great I am feeling and how awful I used to feel before starting T25 and I couldn't wait to get up and work out! I have a lot of weight and fat (a lot of belly fat) to lose so I can't afford to skip a day. I just keep telling myself it is only 25 minutes and I get it done every single day! I may not be the best but I am doing it and you can to! And I am getting better day by day and it feels great!
