I worked out at 6:30 this morning after dropping my son off at high school for his morning workout. Yesterday I got strict about my nutrition habits. I did great the first few weeks with eating 3 meals a day & 2 snacks a day that were foods from the nutrition guide but when I was having such great results from the workouts that I got a little lax with my nutrition. I really want to make my last 6 weeks (2 weeks left of Beta then 4 weeks of Gamma) my best 6 weeks! I ran into an old friend (who is a male) on Saturday night that I had not seen since before I started #FocusT25. We were both going into a sports bar & pulled into the parking lot at the same time. When we got out of our cars he came over to me, put his arm around my waist & his first words were "damn, I mean damn, you are looking good". This guy had no idea I have been doing T25 (I have been avoiding public places I usually hang out at until my transformation is complete but this night I just needed to get out of the house). What a great feeling it was to have someone recognize my hard work. But I have a long way to go & seeing him gave me a giant boost in the motivation department! If you want that feeling of having people look at your new body & saying damn, #getoffthecouch #focuswithshaunt. Update: 4.16.14... I just realized that I looked at the wrong day on my planner yedterday & was supposed to do Dynamic Core yesterday... oops. Don't tell Shaun T that I wasn't focusing on my calendar;). At least I did something though... right???
