After week 3. I have lost a little over 10 pounds so far and during week 3 I had strep throat and missed 3 days of working out because I wasn't able to get off of my couch and the only thing I could eat was popsicles and I drank Sprite... both of which are full of sugar which I had not been eating since I started this program so I am sure that threw my metabolism for a loop! Now I am back on track, focused, and ready to tackle the next 7 weeks! I can not wait to see my results after week 10.
