Day 26: Ab Intervals

This is Friday so there are two workouts today. There is AB intervals. And also speed 1.0. I workout before work so I only had time to do one of them so I chose AB intervals. I will do the speed 1.0 either tonight or tomorrow. Mana at intervals is hard but I love it because it's making my abs look so much better and getting rid of my big fat belly!
