Helpful Tip To Curb Snacking

Some days I want to snack more than others days.  Today is one of those days.  A few things I do to trick my brain is I try to drink plenty of water throughout the day.  I am always busy so I find what works best for me is buying bottled water.  I know its not very earth friendly but it is the only way I can make sure I always have water on hand to keep myself hydrated and therefore less likely to snack at work.  At home i have a water filter so I drink from the tap when i am at home.  I also chew lots of Extra sugar free gum.  That helps a lot!  If you have any tips please share!
