If my story has motivated or inspired you in any way then baring my soul and sharing my life with you has all been worth it.  I am a real person with real struggles and only started this blog for myself so I would remember how I felt during each step of my journey and never go back to being the miserable person I was before!!!  When I started to see what amazing results I was getting I decided to share my blog on Facebook still not thinking that anyone would have any interest in my story.  To my dismay I started getting messages from multiple people saying that I had motivated them to start their own journey.  I was shocked but thrilled at the same time because I had been very hesitant to put myself out there.  You see I had done that before and when I failed to achieve my goals I felt worse than ever.  Because of the overwhelming support and in order to hold myself accountable and in order to continue helping others I decided to become an Independent Beachbody Coach and I have never felt happier in my life!!!  So if you are considering making a purchase so that you can start your own journey I would be honored to help you!  To make sure that you reach your goals I need to know a little more about you and in order for a workout program to be successful you need to make sure you are doing something that you like so that you will stick with it.  If you are interested in knowing more about the programs that Beachbody offers I would love to help you decide which program works best for you.  Please email me so we can get started!  My email address is tibelling@aol.com or you can find me on facebook at www.facebook.com/tinaballingerfitness.  Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
